Settlement Agents simply provide a few pieces of information, and MyFIRPTA takes it from there.
- Direct Contact with Buyer and Seller, requesting necessary information to allow for the preparation of the Final FIRPTA package.
- Reaching out directly to the buyer/seller to inform them of this mandatory process
- Gathering information directly from the parties involved
- MyFIRPTA provides the Settlement Agent with a dashboard to track progress
Our Platform allows the ability to "Securely & Privately" request and receive Buyer/Seller Personal Information, including addresses and USA Social Security Number or USA ITIN, via secure encrypted link.
MyFIRPTA Fees will be paid directly, by the Contractual paying party, through the MyFIRPTA Billing System. We even have a free change policy which includes coverage if the sale falls through in some situations. The Settlement Agent is not responsible for the remittance of fee, after closing, any longer.
All documents, questions, etc can be done thru the MyFIRPTA platform.
